Colon Cleanse Smoothie
Hydrate and stimulate the bowels with this delicious smoothie! Its ingredients also promote detoxification of the liver and release of fat-soluble toxins.

1/2 cup chopped spinach
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 head cabbage
1 lime, peeled
1 cup ice cubes
1/2 cup brewed senna tea
Blend the ingredients plus 1 cup of water until smooth. Serve right away.
*Tip: It’s a good idea to chop your cabbage before blending it if you’re not using a high-speed blender.
*Tip: Sometimes protein can cause constipation; it is very important to make sure the bowels move.
