Phase 3 | Serves 7
1 cup of coconut oil
1 cup of raw cacao
1/2 cup of cacao nibs
1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
1/2 cup birch xylitol
10 drops of liquid Stevia
1/4 teaspoon of coarse sea salt
- Mix all ingredients in a saucepan over low heat, until coconut oil is melted. Let simmer for an additional minute.
- Spoon into a latex candy mold, or you can use small cupcake liners.
- Refrigerate for a minimum of 45 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
*Tip: You can flavor with vanilla, with baking spice or with Dandy Blend to make a mocha chocolate!
