Frozen Fruit Kebabs

Serves 4 for Phase 1 or 3 (depending on fruit used)

Ingredients

  • 4 cups mixed fruit:
  • Phase 1: Strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, pineapple, kiwi
  • Phase 3: Blackberries, blueberries, peaches, raspberries

Directions

  1. Thread fruit onto wooden skewers. Place on a plate or tray, cover with plastic wrap and freeze until ready to serve (the fruit will be completely frozen in about 3 hours).
  2. Also try dusting the fruit with cocoa powder (or shredded coconut for Phase 3) before you freeze them.
