You won't believe how delicious, gooey and chocolatey these fudge pops are -- plus you can have them during ANY phase of the Fast Metabolism Diet, including Phase 2! What's more, you can have them as an "anytime" snack (keep it to one per day), since there's only a little egg white in them. Enjoy!!
Metabolism Fudgesicles
Cleanse, Any Phase | Makes five 3-ounce fudge pops
Prep time: 5 minutes | Total time: 5 hours (includes freezing time)
1 1/4 cups hot water
1/4 cup birch xylitol
1/2 cup cold water
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup Fast Metabolism Quick & Easy Dessert and Snack Mix
1/3 cup raw cacao
Pinch of sea salt
Stir the xylitol into the hot water until it dissolves. Add the cold water and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the Dessert and Snack Mix, cacao, and sea salt. Whisk the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Pour into 3-ounce popsicle molds. Add sticks, and freeze until solid (about 5 hours).
