Blueberry-Almond Butter Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup lightly packed kale leaves, stems removed
  • 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 10 drops Metabolism Sweet or liquid stevia
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes


Put all of the ingredients into a blender except for the ice. Pulse to blend. Add the ice and blend completely.
