A question we get all the time is “what flavor are the shakes?” They are a little hard to describe! Most people think they are subtle, with a hint of vanilla and sweetness. What if you want to change up the flavors of the shakes to mix it up now and them? You can totally do that!
My team and I had a fun afternoon in the kitchen developing these Phase Shake Hacks! And these aren’t just add-ins for flavor. Cacao packs antioxidants. Lemon is anti-inflammatory and detoxifying. And ginger and cinnamon are great metabolism-boosting spices.
To a Phase 1, Phase 2 or Phase 3 shake, add 3 tsp cacao powder + 4-6 drops stevia. Shake in a blender bottle with ice.
To a Phase 1 or Phase 3 shake, add the juice of one lemon, plus 4 drops of stevia. Blend with a blender bottle or shaker bottle. It gets really frothy!
To an FMD Phase Shake, add ½ tsp to 1 tsp dried ginger + 4-6 drops of stevia. Shake vigorously and enjoy the spice!
If you like Amaretto, you’ll love this: To a Phase 2 Shake, add ¾ tsp almond extract, before or after blending.
Add 1 tsp dried ginger and 1 ½ tsp cinnamon to any Phase Shake, plus 4-6 drops of stevia.
