Wild Rice and Black Bean Salad



Wild Rice is actually a seed that has four times as much protein as brown rice. Eating your veggies over this protein rich combo will help to unleash the burn.

INGREDIENTS

½ cup cooked wild rice
½ cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
¼ cup sliced green onions (scallions), white and green parts
1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro
¼ cup diced tomatoes
½ cup steamed cauliflower, chopped
2 tablespoons coconut aminos
1 garlic clove, minced

DIRECTIONS

Toss all ingredients together and serve.
