Chunky Mango Salsa

This quick fruity salsa is an easy way to perk up leftover chicken or turkey.

Ingredients

1/2 cup diced mangoes
1/4 diced red onion
1/4 cup diced tomato
1/4 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

    Directions

    1. Stir all ingredients in a small bowl to serve as a dip or blend all ingredients until smooth to drizzle as a dressing.
