Blueberry, Avocado, Coconut Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup coconut kefir
  • A few cubes of ice
  • 1 cup spinach, stems removed
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 avocado

DIRECTIONS

Blend to desired thickness (add water if needed) and serve. Another great add-in would be raw cacao. Enjoy!
