We’re going on the maintenance plan until the end of June. Do you recommend we rotate the shakes in maintenance?

I’m on a low sodium diet due to my heart condition…..i sometimes wake up with muscle cramps in my legs….I I'm thinking I need more salt and should forget about the low Sodium diet as and increase my salt intake. Your thoughts on this?

How many FMD cycles can you do in a row before you should “take a break” and just do maintenance?

Is spouted wheat & sprouted soy diff than regular wheat and soy? asking for when I am in the grocery store analyzing ingredients.

Are the Haylie bars only for maintenance stage or can I have them in phase 3?

can we swap out meals on the meal map on the same day (if necessary). For example, could I eat fruit with dinner instead of lunch? or could i consume my regular dinner indicated on my meal map at lunch time, and my regular lunch for dinner?

What should the go-to snack be if we are awake later in the evening and finished our meal map? a shake or a protein or veggies? or protein with veggies?

Any recommendations for the next protocol? I’ve done 10 day cleanse, 28 day challenge, 30 day cleanse, 28 day challenge back to back so far. I will be in the July 28 day challenge as well.
