10-Minute Sausage and Apple Skillet

Metabolism Revolution Part 1 Breakfast | Serves 1
Prep time: 5 minutes | Total time: 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS MEAL MAP A
4 ounces ground pork
1 cup apple, diced
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon dried sage
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Dash of black pepper
2 cups baby spinach
1/2 cup cooked oats
MEAL MAP B ADAPTATIONS
4 cups baby spinach
MEAL MAP C ADAPTATIONS
8 ounces ground pork
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
4 cups baby spinach
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine the first 8 ingredients (pork through black pepper) in a large nonstick skillet. Cook over medium-high heat, occasionally stirring until the pork is browned and the apples are tender about 8 minutes.
2. Add the spinach and stir just until wilted. Serve over cooked oats.
