Celery, Cucumber, Pineapple Smoothie


Celery, cucumber, and parsley are great if you have a party or event coming up — they give you extra tone and that “shrink wrapped” look.

Phase 1 | Serves 1

Prep time: 5 minutes | Total time: 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup water
A few cubes of ice
2 stalks celery
1 cucumber, peeled
1 cup parsley
1 lemon, peeled and seeded
1 cup pineapple chunks

DIRECTIONS

    Blend the ingredients with 1/2 cup of water until smooth. Serve right away.
    You can always add more celery if you like the taste.
