Cinnamon Peaches on Toast

INGREDIENTS

1 cup peaches, sliced or diced
⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch of stevia
1 slice sprouted-grain bread, toasted

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a pan, mix the peaches with the cinnamon, stevia, and 1 tablespoon of water. Cook over medium heat until the peaches soften. 
  2. Spoon the softened peaches and any syrup that collects in the pan over the toast and serve.
  3. You can even bake them in a cast iron skillet in the oven at 350℉ for 15 minutes or until soft.
