INGREDIENTS MEAL MAP A
2 ounces nitrate-free ham, sliced
2 ounces nitrate-free roast beef, sliced
Mustard to taste
1/4 cup jarred roasted red peppers
1/4 avocado, sliced
2 tablespoons banana pepper rings
1 1/2 cups leafy greens, shredded
Dried oregano
MEAL MAP B ADAPTATIONS
4 tablespoons banana pepper rings
3 cups leafy greens, shredded
MEAL MAP C ADAPTATIONS
4 ounces nitrate-free ham, sliced
4 ounces nitrate-free roast beef, sliced
4 tablespoons banana pepper rings
3 cups leafy greens, shredded
INSTRUCTIONS
- Lay down a piece of freezer paper, parchment or wax paper, about 12 inches long.
- Near one corner, lay down the ham slices in a single, overlapping layer. Top with the roast beef in a single, overlapping layer. Add mustard, to taste.
- Layer on the remaining ingredients.
- Starting from the corner, roll the paper as tightly as you can around the filling, folding in the edges burrito-style as you go. Secure with tape, if necessary.
