Nutty Almond Butter Snack Bread
This Nutty Almond Butter Snack Bread is incredible! Perfectly moist with just the right amount of sweetness, this bread is the perfect protein-packed snack to indulge in while you journey through Phase 3!

INGREDIENTS
2 cups almond butter
6 large eggs
2/3 cup birch xylitol
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon sea salt
DIRECTIONS

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan with parchment.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Use an electric mixer to mix everything together into a smooth batter. Pour into the lined loaf pan.
- Bake 45 minutes, or until the surface of bread bounces back when you press on it, and a toothpick inserted comes out clean (not sticky). Let bread cool before slicing. Store leftover bread in the fridge.
Serve with a veggie for Phase 3 snack.
