Sticky Bun Chia Pudding

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups almond or coconut milk
1/2 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup xylitol
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons chopped raw pecans
DIRECTIONS
- Combine everything but the pecans in a mixing bowl.
- Divide the mixture between 2 serving dishes, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight.
- Top with the pecans, and serve.
