Basic Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 4 cloves of minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves (or 1 tablespoon of minced fresh oregano)
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves (or 1 tablespoon of minced fresh thyme)
- 1 teaspoon sugar-free Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
Blend, whisk or shake all ingredients together. Portion is 2-4 tablespoons.
