Creamy Green Goddess Dip

Ingredients
- 1 14-ounce package non-GMO tofu
- 1 cup steamed, shelled, and cooled edamame
- Juice of 1 lemon
- ½ cup chopped fresh parsley
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- Any Phase 2 veggies
Directions
- Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Serve with celery, blanched and cooled green beans, endive spears, or any other Phase
2 veggies.
