Creamy Green Goddess Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 14-ounce package non-GMO tofu
  • 1 cup steamed, shelled, and cooled edamame
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • ½ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • Any Phase 2 veggies

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  2. Serve with celery, blanched and cooled green beans, endive spears, or any other Phase
    2 veggies.
