Peach Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 2 cups peeled peach segments
  • 2 tablespoons birch xylitol
  • 4 cups ice cubes

Directions

Blend the ingredients until smooth. Serve right away.

You can use fresh or frozen peach slices in this recipe, which counts as a fruit for Phase 1.

Tip: For orange or strawberry sorbet, substitute an equal amount of oranges or strawberries for the peaches.
