Kale, Lemon, Ginger Smoothie
Serves 1
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- A few cubes of ice
- 1/2 of a lemon, peeled and seeded
- 1/2 of a lime, peeled
- 1 cup packed kale
- 1/2 tablespoon grated, peeled ginger
- pinch Celtic or Himalayan salt
This recipe works as-is for any Phase, anytime.
Variations:
Phase 1: Add 1 cup blueberries. The color will be weird but it will be delicious!
Phase 2: Add organic raw egg whites to make this a snack or breakfast for Phase 2.
Phase 3: Add 1/2 avocado for a creamy Phase 3 snack.
