Dill is an amazing source of calcium, riboflavin (for cell function and development), manganese and iron. Meanwhile, Dijon mustard is rich in selenium, which plays a key role in healthy thyroid function.

INGREDIENTS
3 hard-cooked egg whites
1 clove fresh garlic
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon minced fresh dill
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
3 drops liquid stevia
DIRECTIONS
- Process everything in a blender or food processor until smooth.
