Tropical Mood-Boosting Smoothie

Ingredients
1/4 cup pine nuts
1 lemon, peeled
1 cup water
1/2 grapefruit + the pith (That’s the white layer between the outer peel and the flesh of the fruit – you can scoop it with a spoon)
1/2 cup watermelon
1/4 avocado
1/2 cucumber
Optional: dash of cinnamon
Optional: birch xylitol or pure stevia, if you need more sweetness

1 cup arugula
Arugula is a potent source of micronutrients.
