Can you explain exactly what it means when you say “layer in”? For example, layering in the burn soups and teas while you are following the 28-day FMD or a cleanse. There are a lot of phase crossover ingredients in the recipes, so I’m not sure how to do that.

After one day on cleanse, I am back to pre camp weight but having a lot of bloating below belly button, how should I alter my FMD or supplements for this?

What would you do or add to address this feeling of total lack of adaptability that I am experiencing? emotions are all over the place and feel tired all the time. I am helping my parents 3 hrs away, with my Dad’s pulmonary fibrosis, which is progressing quicker lately.
