IMPORTANT CORONAVIRUS UPDATE: The Haylie Pomroy Group continues to fully operate and is making every effort to ensure the health and safety of our employees, customers, and suppliers while making every effort to meet our commitments to our community.
Due to the increased shipping volumes during the holiday shopping season and the compounding effects of the Coronavirus resurgence, UPS, US Postal Service and all delivery services are experiencing delays in their delivery times.
We are in daily communication with our distribution center concerning this situation and in response to several customer requests concerning the delayed deliveries of orders. We wish to assure our customers that we are working hard so that all orders received are processed for shipment within 48 hours (typically, the same day) but that UPS is still experiencing longer than usual transit times along with delayed tracking information. We want to assure you that UPS is still operating within a COVID-19 environment and we are sympathetic for any delays you may experience as we continue to work hard to assure every order is processed and shipped out as quickly as possible.
During the Coronavirus, UPS has suspended their service guarantee. Effective March 26, 2020 and until further notice, UPS has suspended the UPS Service Guarantee (also referred to as the UPS Money Back Guarantee) for all shipments from any origin to any destination. If you choose an expedited shipping service and your package arrives later than expected, neither UPS nor Haylie Pomroy Group will provide rate adjustments or refunds of shipping fees. All shipping carriers, including FedEx and the US Postal Service are experience delayed shipping times. Please allow additional time for your orders to arrive in these challenging times. Thank you for your understanding in these difficult times.

Haylie Pomroy Group, Inc. calculates delivery charges for your order in accordance with our delivery rates as set out below and are shown separately on the order confirmation. We strive to process all orders within 24 hours without guarantee from the placement of your order, Monday through Friday. You will receive notification by email that your order has been received and once it has shipped, including a tracking number. Please ensure that our email address is added to your "safe list" and not filtered by your email service spam/junk filters.
The transit times applicable are those indicated below as determined by when your order is received. We strive without guarantee to process orders received prior to 1:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday, the same day. Orders received after 1:00 pm EST will be processed the following business day. The day your order is picked and packed is not calculated into the transit times. Please note that all such times are approximate and subject to change.
Orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) to physical street addresses and United States Postal Service (USPS) to PO Boxes.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or major US Holidays, including New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day.
Free shipping is not available to Alaska and Hawaii and only flat rate UPS Ground shipping options apply.
Please Note: The day your order is received is not calculated into the delivery times listed below. The day that your order is processed is not included in the transit time for your package to be delivered. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or on holidays and are not included in the transit times provided.
All orders originate from Chino, CA, and transit times will vary depending on your location and the delivery service you choose.
Shipping outside the US
At this time, we only ship to the continental US, as well as Hawaii and Alaska.
We offer UPS Ground, UPS 2-Day, and UPS Next Day services to deliver orders. No other shipping options are available at this time.
APO/FPO/DPO or PO boxes
We do not ship to APO / FPO / DPO or PO Box addresses at this time.
Shipping & Handling Rates

- FREE SHIPPING using UPS Ground delivery for orders of $250.00+: When you place an order of $250.00 or more on products (before taxes), you will receive FREE UPS Ground shipping (for continental US only, not applicable for Alaska or Hawaii). We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday.
- UPS Ground shipping: $8.99 flat rate: We want the best shopping experience possible for our customers, therefore we offer an economical flat fee Ground shipping rate of $8.99, no matter how many items you order or how much it weighs. These orders should arrive in 3-5 days (excluding weekends and holidays), depending on your location, from the day your order ships. We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday.
- UPS 2-Day Air: $25.00 flat rate for all 2-day orders: Do you need your order faster? All orders with 2nd Day shipping (will arrive in 2-3 business days) will ship for a flat rate of $25.00. These orders should be delivered within 2 days from shipment (excluding weekends and holidays – UPS 2-Day Air is not available to Alaska or Hawaii). We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday.
- UPS Overnight: $45.00 flat rate for all Next Day orders: You need it "Now"? All orders with Overnight shipping (will arrive in 1-2 business days) will ship for a flat rate of $45.00. These orders will arrive the following day (excluding weekends and holidays), from the day your order ships. (UPS Overnight Air is not available to Alaska or Hawaii). We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday.
Hawaii and Alaska Customers:For Hawaii or Alaska addresses, all orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground only. Standard delivery time frames do not apply to Hawaii or Alaska shipments. Please expect 10-15 business days for delivery.
We will send an email to the address you provide to let you know when your order has been shipped and include your UPS tracking number.
* Prices are valid as of the 1st November, 2014. All information, including prices, are for guidance only and may be changed without notice. Haylie Pomroy Group, Inc., and HayliePomroy.com reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order without reason, with a full refund provided, as per our terms and conditions. We also reserve the right to change the requested shipping method without reason, and refund any difference in the price paid if applicable. Haylie Pomroy Group, Inc., and HayliePomroy.com shall not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged package after the delivery to the customer's location. Please notify customer support should your package be lost, stolen or damaged during shipping.
Please take the time to make sure your shipping information are correctly entered at checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email that we invite you to review as well.
If you require an address correction after your order has shipped, an $18 fee will be assessed before we can contact our shipping carrier. This fee is what is passed on to us.
If you wish to return products for a refund or credit, please do so under the following guidelines:
Products must be ordered from HayliePomroy.com. We cannot process returns or exchanges for product bought from one of our retail partners, you must contact that store directly.
Before a return can be processed, you must contact us in one of the following ways to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You will then need to fill out a RMA form to be included with your product return shipment.
Once you received your RMA number you can download the RMA form HERE.
Product returns must meet the following requirements to be considered for a refund or store credit.
- Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery of your order.
- A 25% restocking fee will be assessed to any items approved for return beyond 30 days after delivery of your order.
- All returns must be unopened/unused and in good condition.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Products that are specified as non refundable at time of purchase cannot be returned.

Please include your completed return authorization form with your shipment.
Once we receive your return it will be inspected per your reason for return. If your return is accepted, you will be issued a refund to the credit card you made your purchase with or provided with store credit to be used against future purchases on www.hayliepomroy.com/store. We will send you an email to inform you that your return was received and what actions were taken to complete your refund or credit request. Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to be issued.
There are certain parameters that presently limit our shipping capability outside the US; however, we are currently able to ship the following programs to any of our customers located in Canada:

Shipping is standard ground via the United States Postal Service and is priced at a flat rate (per program) of $45 USD. For the time being we are not able to offer 2-day or overnight shipping options.
Please note that we are also not able to provide a tracking number for your order. We also have no control over the customs process, and your order may be delayed for a day or two due to inspection. Also note that orders to Canada are final sale, and may not be returned.
