As context for my labs, the October 2024 results are from my (first) annual physical with my new Primary Care Physician. The 2nd are labs requested by my urologist in advance of a prostate aquablation in March/April 2025. I would like your thoughts, as well as other labs that I should consider for upcoming tests.

I am wondering whether a 5 or 10 day cleanse might be beneficial after I finish FMD. I’m not at a plateau and have no specific issue to resolve but curious whether changing things up could be beneficial after 4 rounds of FMD?

Can you recommend where to go for visceral fat? They said Dexa's are only an estimation and MRI or CT is my only option for 3 dimensional. Or that I can use the Luxembourg Institute of Health calculator online.
