ATP positively impacted this but for 10-15 years prior to HPG my energy would switch from on to off with no warning signs. Not manageable fatigue. I couldn't proceed with my day without a 15 min nap but it always surprised me how refreshed I felt after. I've always wondered what that was about?

I take ATP daily along with 1 melatonin in the morning and 2 cortisol at 2pm. Sometimes I get afternoon fatigue although not daily. I can't seem to find the pattern of what causes the fatigue but it usually hits about 2pm but the timing has begun fluctuating too. Any ideas?
