Struggling with implementing all the exercise suggestions we've discussed. Between our convos and PT I've heard cardio for 10 min, walk for 10 min, hour of PT, eat fruit b4 workout, keep heartrate below 110. I'm not sure how to fit all this in or what to prioritize. Can we walk thru a day in each phase of FMD include what to eat before and after workouts?

I am back below 180 lbs after getting up near 185 lbs. My low on the 20-day cleansewas 175 lbs. As I was thinking on your comments from our last call, I am cool maybe getting down to 170 lbs, if it is even possible, if you are cool with it.
