Can you help me plan for pH testing this week? I get up at 6:30 with the kids and then go back to bed until I get a full 8 hours of sleep. I then get up again, usually between 10-12. Do you want me to test the first void after that second wake-up up or wait a couple of hours and then test?

Same question for Melatonin. I have been taking it when i wake up at 6:30 and then going back to bed. Is that correct or should I wait and take it when I get up the second time?

Given the results of my DEXA scan, do you feel that hormones, diet and exercise, particularly given my lack of ability to do most weight-bearing exercises, I can truly positively impact my DEXA scores without drugs? (As a reminder, hip = -2.7, lumbar spine = -3.5)

Low aldolase, high SBHG, wacky hormone ratios, elevated APOb and low adopenectin seem to be impacting me the most. I wouldn't know what to address first. Can you elaborate on what to improve first vs second etc.

You mentioned kombucha is good. I love kombucha. Kelly says you need to find one without fruit juice. Any idea on brands or where to source? I believe Humm zero sugar would work and they have a whole 30 option.
