QUESTIONS:


  • Can u discuss eating within 30 minutes of waking only works for those with a normal sleep pattern. I often am awake between 4&5. Do not want to get up to make a shake & start but remain in bed resting.

  • I never thought to ask this.  If you have over 50# to lose, do you stick to the portions in book, or do you get an extra half serving?  Thanks!

  • I have felt exhausted and bloated the entire cleanse. What suggestions do you make for someone with a history of EBV ME/CFS, invasive carcinoma treated by surgery and radiation, now on an aromatase inhibitor?

  • My doctor is recommending boron glycinate in the face of low testosterone to help with all of my symptoms from the aromatase inhibitor. What are your thoughts?

  • Are there any supplements or shakes that you sell, that I should not be on while I am taking an estrogen bloccker? 

  • What is your recommendation for how often I should do a cleanse after 28 years of toxic exposure due to being a firefighter in structural and wildland fires ?   

  • What is the short term plan and the long term plan with the amount of cleanses I should do?

  • I experienced a lot of itching on my shin and ankles in the first 7 days of the cleanse. Normally I get these when I eat sugary foods, never on a cleanse in the past, curious why I had this during the cleanse?

  • Is grapeseed oil okay? I can take my own oil. I use Organic Almond Oil. Or do you have a better suggestion? I like to leave the oil on.

  • When I drink the 100 oz of water my lips get chapped, my skin is dry and I have dry mouth. This happens on and off the cleanse. What modifications should I make?

  • On days 2,3 and 4 I woke up between 2-3 am sweaty and needing to use the restroom. It took over an hour to get back to sleep. 

  • On day 5, I woke up at 1:30 am with hip joint pain and unable to fall back asleep fully. I tossed and turned until 6:30 am. Any changes I can make to get better sleep?

  • I’ve been unable to take probiotics for years, they cause gastric issues.  (Bloating, diarrhea.). Have you heard of anyone unable to tolerate probiotics? 

  • I’m experiencing a lot of gas on the cleanse and recommendations for this

  • What do you think of Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA)? I found it helpful for a severe radiating nerve pain flare from degenerative spinal stenosis.

  • How should you do another round of a 30-day cleanse?

  • Does your body have a set point that it wants to go to and stay?

  • How do you figure how much you should weigh?

  • I have really long days while helping my grandkids with their play production and spacing my 5 meals isn't enough. How do you recommend I prioritize what to add?

  • Do you have a clean turmeric source that you can recommend? Sadly, my body doesn't tolerate the DIM.

  • Can this cleanse help in lowering (or raising) high blood pressure? Or what can help (naturally) lower blood pressure?

  • Is there a way to adjust (while still following the plan) ways to encourage weight/fat loss?

  • Does cleanse take care of parasites, if we have any?

  • How to alleviate leg cramps?

  • How do you interpret an Omega-3 Index of 4.6 in someone with a history of mold exposure, and what does that typically tell you clinically?

  • Cellulite!  It's a hitchhiker that I cannot get rid of.

  • Last week, I started taking Cortisol Burn daily at 2pm, 4pm, and 8pm, and a ½ tablet of melatonin when I get up, along with probiotic. When should I expect to see improvement, and how will I know if my cortisol rhythm is normalizing?

  • On your plans that include two or more shakes per day, I notice I get lightheaded during workouts unless I eat fruit first. What should I do about this during the cleanse—especially on all-shake days—to prevent dizziness while still following the plan correctly?
