QUESTIONS:

• HDL 81, LDL 138, Triglycerides 50...do the low triglycerides potentially indicate anything?

• Recommendations for toothpaste and mouthwash. I was recently prescribed flouride toothpaste but am concerned to use it.

• I have taken the lemon challenge and results pre lemon 7.25 then 8.0,8.0,7.5,7.5,7.0,7.0,7.0 then 7.25. What does this indicate and what supplements would be recommended.

• I listened to the toxic program Tuesday and don't feel I am up for the 90 day challenge. I plan to transition to the FMD plan is there something else I should be looking at?

• This week I started having baby minor hot flashes in the middle of the night. What Metabolism supplements can I take and how to make them go away.

• So what is next? 1) May I do a 4th set of the 10 days on the cleanse? 2) If yes, may I add in both “Bye-Bye Belly Fat” and “Fat Blaster” at the same time?

• Please clarify which labs to order. The lab list includes: * TT3/TT3 Ratio  (but these are both the same) - Do you mean TT3/RT3 Ratio? * Free T3/TT3 Ratio  (but the interpretation chart looks at Free T3/RT3 Ratio) - Which test do I take ? * ATA anti-thyroid antibody - ATA stands for American Thyroid Association. Were you meaning the Tg antibody? * There is no E3 Estriol test listed - Should it be?

• Why do I get bloated when I do the 5 shake days? What should I do for the month of June, I have signed up for your 90 day class, I feel better and don't want my RA to come back! 

• What is out there so far a Medicine to help with RA that I can ask my Dr. for that does kill you immune but will help with inflammation ( I stated as a 5  down to 3  C-REACTIVE PROTEIN  . 

• Other than increased sodium what dietary interventions can be used to improve POTS?

• I don’t see bulgur on any of the food lists.  Is is an ok grain to eat?
