Eating is always the path to better health. The metabolism is complex, but eating within 30 minutes of waking up gives you the best chance to set things right for the rest of the day.

SEA SALT 1/4 TEASPOON
1/4 TEASPOON
1/2 TEASPOON
DRIED SAGE
1/4 TEASPOON
1/4 TEASPOON
1/2 TEASPOON
DRIED THYME
1/4 TEASPOON
1/4 TEASPOON
1/2 TEASPOON
NUTMEG
1/8 TEASPOON
1/8 TEASPOON
1/4 TEASPOON
CRUSHED RED PEPPER FLAKES
1/8 TEASPOON
1/8 TEASPOON
 
1/4 TEASPOON
BLACK PEPPER DASH DASH
1/8 TEASPOON
BABY SPINACH 2 CUPS 4 CUPS 4 CUPS
COOKED OATS 1/2 CUP 1/2 CUP 1/2 CUP

 

Directions

Combine the first 8 ingredients (pork through black pepper) in a large nonstick skillet. Cook over medium-high heat, occasionally stirring until the pork is browned and the apples are tender about 8 minutes. Add the spinach and stir just until wilted. Serve over cooked oats.
