10-Minute Sausage and Apple Skillet

|DRIED THYME||1/4 TEASPOON||1/4 TEASPOON||1/2 TEASPOON|
|NUTMEG||1/8 TEASPOON||1/8 TEASPOON||1/4 TEASPOON|
|CRUSHED RED PEPPER FLAKES||1/8 TEASPOON||1/8 TEASPOON||1/4 TEASPOON|
|BLACK PEPPER||DASH||DASH||1/8 TEASPOON|
|BABY SPINACH||2 CUPS||4 CUPS||4 CUPS|

Combine the first 8 ingredients (pork through black pepper) in a large nonstick skillet. Cook over medium-high heat, occasionally stirring until the pork is browned and the apples are tender about 8 minutes. Add the spinach and stir just until wilted. Serve over cooked oats.
