This versatile dressing can be used anytime and on any phase of the Fast Metabolism Diet.

Ingredients1/4 cup tamari
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon crushed, peeled, fresh ginger
- Blend, whisk or shake everything together.
Portion is 2-4 tablespoons.
