Basic Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 4 cloves of minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves (or 1 tablespoon of minced fresh oregano)
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves (or 1 tablespoon of minced fresh thyme)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar-free Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Blend, whisk or shake all ingredients together. Portion is 2-4 tablespoons.
