Blueberry Almond Butter Smoothie

Phase 3 | Serves 1  
Prep time: 5 minutes | Total time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

1/2 cup lightly packed kale leaves, stems removed
1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
1 tablespoon almond butter
3/4 cup almond milk
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
10 drops Metabolism Sweet or liquid stevia
1/2 cup ice cubes

    Directions

    1. Put all of the ingredients into a blender except for the ice. Pulse to blend. Add the ice and blend completely.
