Celery-Lemon-Ginger Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 long cucumber (or approx 1/2-3/4 cup, diced)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 1 thumb-size piece ginger, peeled (about 1 tablespoon chopped)
  • 20 drops liquid stevia, or to taste
  • 1/4 cup water
  • A few ice cubes

 DIRECTIONS

Blend all ingredients until smooth.
