Chai-Spiced Overnight Oats

1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 1/2 teaspoons ground flaxseed
1 1/2 teaspoons chia seeds
1 1/2 teaspoons xylitol
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup Phase 3-approved fruit
3 tablespoons nuts (any type)
- Combine the oats, almond milk, flaxseed, chia seeds, xylitol, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, nutmeg, and vanilla in a container with a lid and stir to mix everything evenly. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir and top with fruit and nuts.
