Cherry Almond Smoothie Bowl
If you're looking for a super delish, simple Phase 3 breakfast, this is it! You can make this smoothie bowl with different combinations of fruits and nuts, such as peaches and pecans, or plums and hazelnuts!

2 cups frozen pitted cherries
1 cup frozen cauliflower florets
3/4 cup unsweetened coconut water
8 whole pitted cherries, fresh or thawed frozen
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup raw cacao nibs
In a high-powered blender, combine the cherries, cauliflower, and coconut water and blend until smooth, adding a little water if it's too thick. Pour the smoothie mixture into two bowls and evenly divide the toppings between them.
