Chia-Chive Dressing

Makes About 1 1/2 cups | Prep Time: 5 minutes | Total Times: 5 minutes


  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, hemp milk or coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup minced shallots
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup fresh chives
  • 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper


Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Or toss them in a jar, cover tightly and shake until emulsified. Portion is 2-4 tablespoons.
