- 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
- 1 cup almond milk or coconut milk (the kind in the carton, not the can)
- 2 tablespoons almond butter or 1/4 cup whole almonds, ground
- 20 drops liquid stevia, or to taste
- 1/2 cup ice
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Enjoy as a Phase 3 healthy fat for a snack or as part of breakfast.
