Chocolate-Almond Smoothie

Ingredients

1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
1 cup almond milk or coconut milk (the kind in the carton, not the can)
2 tablespoons almond butter or 1/4 cup whole almonds, ground
20 drops liquid stevia, or to taste
1/2 cup ice

    Directions

    Blend all ingredients until smooth. Enjoy as a Phase 3 healthy fat for a snack or as part of breakfast.
