Chocolate-Almond Smoothie

Phase 3 | Serves 2 | Prep time: 5 minutes | Total time: 5 minutes


  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
  • 1 cup almond milk or coconut milk (the kind in the carton, not the can)
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter or 1/4 cup whole almonds, ground
  • 20 drops liquid stevia, or to taste
  • 1/2 cup ice


Blend all ingredients until smooth. Enjoy as a Phase 3 healthy fat for a snack or as part of breakfast.
