Cinnamon-Lemon Slim Down Drink

- 1 lemon, juiced, plus lemon slices for garnish
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 4 cups cold filtered or spring water
- Fresh mint
- In a 1-quart pitcher, stir together the juice of one lemon, vanilla extract and cinnamon until the cinnamon is combined.
- Stir in the water.
- Pour into ice-filled glasses and garnish with fresh mint.
