Cinnamon Peaches on Toast

1 cup diced peaches
⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch of stevia
1 slice sprouted-grain bread, toasted
In a pan, mix the peaches with the cinnamon, stevia, and 1 tablespoon of water. Cook over medium heat until the peaches soften. Spoon the softened peaches and any syrup that collects in the pan over the toast and serve.
