Grasshopper Drink

 Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk or almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon raw cacao powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 8 drops liquid stevia, or to taste
  • Fresh mint for garnish

 Directions

  1. Blend the first 5 ingredients (coconut or almond milk through stevia) in a blender.
  2. Pour over ice cubes in a cocktail glass, and garnish with fresh mint.
