- 1/2 cup coconut milk or almond milk
- 1 teaspoon raw cacao powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 8 drops liquid stevia, or to taste
- Fresh mint for garnish
- Blend the first 5 ingredients (coconut or almond milk through stevia) in a blender.
- Pour over ice cubes in a cocktail glass, and garnish with fresh mint.
