Ingredients

1/4 cup liquid egg whites (or the equivalent in powdered 100% egg whites)
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup ice cubes
Juice of 1 lemon
1 cup packed kale
1-inch-thick slice of fresh ginger, peeled
Pinch of sea salt
Stevia to taste

Directions

Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
