Mediterranean Layer Dip

  • 12 ounces hummus (about 11⁄3 cups)
  • 1 cup chopped cucumbers
  • 1 cup chopped cherry tomatoes
  • 1⁄3 cup chopped green onions
  • ¼ cup chopped pitted kalamata olives
  • Fresh basil and/or mint leaves


  1. Spread the hummus evenly on a large serving plate.
  2. Layer on the cucumbers, tomatoes, green onions, olives, and basil/mint.
