Peach and White Bean Smoothie

- 1/2 cup unsweetened rice milk
- 1 cup frozen sliced peaches
- 1/4 cup canned white beans (like cannellini, navy or Great Northern)
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Pour the rice milk into the blender.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
