Peach and White Bean Smoothie

Ingredients

1/2 cup unsweetened rice milk
1 cup frozen sliced peaches
1/4 cup canned white beans (like cannellini, navy or Great Northern)
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg

    Directions

    1. Pour the rice milk into the blender.

    2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
