Phase 1 | Serves 1


  • 1/2 cup unsweetened rice milk
  • 1 cup frozen sliced peaches
  • 1/4 cup canned white beans (like cannellini, navy or Great Northern)
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg


  1. Pour the rice milk into the blender.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
