Poppy Seed Dressing
This restaurant favorite skips the dairy, instead of using cashews to get that creamy consistency. Orange zest and paprika give it some extra zing.

Ingredients1 1/2 Tbls. chopped onion
1/2 cup raw cashews, rinsed
1/2 cup water
3 Tbls. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. orange zest
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 Tbls. poppy seeds
- Blend all ingredients except poppy seeds, until smooth. Stir in the poppy seeds. Thin with additional water if needed. Adjust seasonings if needed.
