Poppy Seed Dressing

Serving Size 2-3 Tablespoons | Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Tbls. chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews, rinsed
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 Tbls. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. orange zest
  • 1/2 tsp. celery seed
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 Tbls. poppy seeds

Directions

Blend all ingredients except poppy seeds, until smooth. Stir in the poppy seeds. Thin with additional water if needed. Adjust seasonings if needed.
