Sesame-Ginger Dressing

Serving Size 2-3 tablespoons | Prep Time:  5 minutes | Total Time: 5 minutes


  • 1/4 cup raw cashew butter
  • 3 Tbls. tamari
  • 1 Tbls. red wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp. freshly grated ginger
  • 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. sesame seeds


Place the cashew butter in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave for 20 seconds. Add the remaining dressing ingredients and whisk until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
