Sticky Bun Chia Pudding

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 12 hours

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cups almond or coconut milk
1/2 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup xylitol
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons chopped raw pecans

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine everything but the pecans in a mixing bowl.

  2. Divide the mixture between 2 serving dishes, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight.

  3. Top with the pecans, and serve.
