Strawberry-Pineapple-Spinach Smoothie

Phase 1 | Serves 1 | Prep time: 5 minutes | Total time: 5 minutes


  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup strawberries (frozen or fresh)
  • 1/2 cup pineapple (frozen or fresh)
  • 1/2 cup water or ice
  • Stevia to taste (if desired)


Blend everything together until smooth. Use as a snack on Phase 1 of the Fast Metabolism Diet, or as part of a Phase 1 breakfast or lunch.
