- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup strawberries (frozen or fresh)
- 1/2 cup pineapple (frozen or fresh)
- 1/2 cup water or ice
- Stevia to taste (if desired)
Blend everything together until smooth. Use as a snack on Phase 1 of the Fast Metabolism Diet, or as part of a Phase 1 breakfast or lunch.
