Veggie "Candy" Corn

Halloween is a wonderful time for a Fast Metabolism! Make your treats fun for your family and friends with this delicious Veggie "Candy" Corn. So simple. So delectable and delicious. Most of all, so A-MAZING for your metabolism!

Prep time: 5 minutes | Total time: 2 hours (includes chill time)

Ingredients

For the "Candy" Corn:
Yellow bell pepper
Baby carrots
Cauliflower

For the Ranch Dressing:
Spice mix:
1/4 cup dried parsley
2 tsp. dried dill
2 tsp. onion powder
1 1/2 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

To make ranch dip or dressing:
2 tablespoons Ranch Dressing Spice Mix (shake it first to distribute the spices)
2/3 cup Blender Mayonnaise
3 tablespoons almond milk
1/4 teaspoon white vinegar

Directions

For the Ranch Dip: 
Stir all ingredients together. Chill for a couple of hours before serving. The portion is 2-4 tablespoons.

For the "Candy" Corn:

  1. Cut the veggies and form them into a shape of a candy corn.

  2. Serve with Creamy Ranch Dressing
